用电子束CT重建能表示梗塞部位及形态的心脏三维图象,通过结扎犬心冠状动脉左旋支及其分支,形成左室侧壁梗塞区,经电子束CT增强容积扫描方式得到犬心断面。利用区域扩充法对梗塞心肌进行自动分割,采用表面重建法完成犬心的三维重建,用硝基四唑对病理切片进行染色,结果:清晰显示出了犬心的三维图象,并在三维图象上精确表示出了梗塞的部位及形态。结论:在造影剂注射量与扫描起始时间适宜的条件下,利用电子束CT可以诊断梗塞的部位与大小,且能重建出反应病变情况的心脏三维图象
Electron beam CT can reconstruct the three-dimensional image of the heart that can represent the infarction site and the shape. The infarction area of the left ventricle can be formed by ligation of the left circumflex artery and its branches, and the canine heart-section can be obtained by electron beam CT enhanced volume scanning. The infarct myocardium was segmented automatically by region augmentation method. Three-dimensional reconstruction of canine heart was accomplished by surface reconstruction method. The pathological sections were stained with nitrotetrazole. The results showed that the three-dimensional image of canine heart was clearly displayed, Like the precise representation of the infarction site and shape. Conclusion: Under the appropriate conditions of contrast agent injection and scan start time, the location and size of infarction can be diagnosed by electron beam computed tomography, and the three-dimensional images of the heart can be reconstructed
