在相关理论模型的基础上,文章采用世界投入产出数据库和世界银行服务贸易限制指数数据库中的数据,对服务贸易壁垒对中国离岸货物外包的影响进行了研究。得出如下结论:中国整体服务贸易壁垒、跨境交易服务贸易壁垒、商业存在服务贸易壁垒、自然人流动服务贸易壁垒对中国离岸货物外包的影响为负,影响程度的大小依次为自然人流动服务贸易壁垒、商业存在服务贸易壁垒、跨境交易服务贸易壁垒;中国服务贸易壁垒对来自东亚的离岸货物外包的影响最大,对来自欧盟的离岸货物外包的影响次之,对来自美国的离岸货物外包的影响最小,对来自除上述四个国家和地区之外的世界其他国家和地区的离岸货物外包的影响虽为负但不显著。
Based on the relevant theoretical models, this paper studies the impact of barriers to trade in services on China’s offshore outsourcing by using data from the World Input-Output Database and the World Bank’s Trade in Service Limitations Index. The following conclusions are drawn: China’s overall barriers to trade in services, trade barriers to trade across borders, barriers to trade in commerce and the barriers to trade in services by natural persons have a negative impact on the outsourcing of offshore goods in China. The order of impact is the trade in services of natural persons Barriers to trade, commercial barriers to trade in services and barriers to trade in cross-border trade services. China’s barriers to trade in services have the greatest impact on offshore goods outsourcing from East Asia, followed by offshore outsourcing from the EU, and offshoring from the United States The impact of outsourcing of goods is the smallest and the impact on outsourcing of offshore goods from other countries and regions in the world except the above four countries is negative but not significant.
