有相当一段时间,双语和第二语言教育家们一直关心第一语言习得和第二语言习得之间的关系问题。这些同仁们从第一语言自然习得过程的分析中了解到了第二语言学习的最佳条件,以及习得第二语言的最佳年龄等许多情况。或许,通过分析第一文化的自然习得过程,可以在研究跨文化学习或第二文化习得方面取得类似的进展。我们将从经验主义和哲学角度来分析这些过程,然后讨论文化习得最佳时机。
For quite some time, bilingual and second language educators have been concerned with the relationship between first language acquisition and second language acquisition. These colleagues have learned many of the best conditions for second language learning, as well as the best age to acquire second language, from the analysis of the natural language acquisition process of the first language. Perhaps by analyzing the natural history of the first culture, similar progress can be made in the study of cross-cultural learning or second cultural acquisition. We will analyze these processes from an empirical and philosophical perspective and then discuss the best timing for cultural acquisition.
