本试验以刺玫果冲剂为试药,对人(45~71岁)和动物(小白鼠和大白鼠)进行了整体试验及单一细胞(淋巴细胞和红细胞)的离体实验。人体试验结果表明,刺玫果冲剂每天服用2次,每次5g,连续30天,服药前后对比,体细胞内SOD活性增强非常明显(P<0.01);大白鼠、小白鼠分别喂药7天和15天,其红细胞内SOD活性增强亦非常显著(P<0.01);同时,用高、中、低3种剂量的试药分别加入上述两种离体细胞进行培养,在0,8,12和24h时,细胞内SOD活性有显著增强,尤其在加药后12h时,其活性达到0~24小时周期中的峰值。
In this study, a total test of human (45-71 years old) and animals (mice and rats) and ex vivo experiments of single cells (lymphocytes and red blood cells) were conducted using Tsengmeiguo granule as the test drug. The results of human trials showed that the biloba extract was taken twice a day for 5 days for 30 days. Before and after treatment, the activity of SOD in somatic cells was significantly increased (P<0.01); rats and mice were given medicine for 7 days. After 15 days, the activity of SOD in red blood cells was also significantly increased (P<0.01); at the same time, the above two kinds of isolated cells were cultured with high, medium, and low doses of the test drugs, respectively, at 0, 8, and 12 At 24 h, the activity of SOD in the cells was significantly increased, especially at 12 h after dosing, and its activity reached the peak in the 0-24 hour period.
