Introduction It is assumed that the McCory Lake mine is currently in the planning stage. Drilling results show that: the mine will be high-grade, low-tonnage investment. Plan the mine in northern Canada with seven days a week. In seven days, the staff will work 12 hours a day, seven days later, they will fly back to their home. At present, the planning team is considering three mining methods (Figure 1-1): (a) rigorous filling and mining method; (b) deep-hole caving mining method; and (c) vertical and backward mining method. These mining methods are under investigation because of the highly fractured joints between the ore and the surrounding rock and the mud layer of the known ore zone. Based on the experience of other mines in the area, it has been shown that a large number of strata support will be required in this ore belt or that workers must operate away from the ore or operate remotely or from more stable roadside audiometry Drill straight to the ore.
