神经病学期末试卷质量评价与分析

目的:评价和分析临床医学专业学生《神经病学》试卷质量﹐为教学与学生评价方法提供参考。方法采用试题难度指数﹑区分度指数﹔试卷平均难度和平均区分度以及克朗巴赫α系数和效标关联效度等方法评价试题和试卷的信度﹑效度。结果学生成绩近似正态分布。试卷的平均难度为0.781﹐试题中有14.6﹪的试题难﹐14.6﹪的试题难度适中﹐58.6﹪的试题较易或易﹔试卷的平均区分度为0.604﹐有9.8﹪的试题区分度好﹐19.5﹪的试题区分度良好﹐60.9﹪的试题区分度尚可。试卷的信度包括选择题的信度库德-理查逊系数为0.645﹐主观试题(名词解释﹑简答题和案例分析)的信度克朗巴赫α系数为0.561﹔案例分析报告与网络作业成绩与期末成绩的效标关联效度分别为0.749(<0.001)和0.776(<0.001)。结论运用本次试卷考核学生﹐成绩分布合适﹐试卷难度适中﹐区分度良好﹐可信﹑有效﹐今后组卷中应注意同时考察试题的难度和区分度设计试题。“,”Objective To assess the quality of the terminal examination paper of Neurology of the students majored in clinic medicine,so as to provide the guidance for the teaching practice. Methods The four dimensions indexes were used to evaluate the quality of the paper,including difficulty index,discrimination index,realibility index and validity index. The indexes were described for both of objective and subjective questions.Results The scores of students showed the normal distribution shape. The average difficulty index of the paper was 0.781.There were totally 41 questions in the paper,14.6% of them was in the level of difficulty,14.6% of them was in mild difficulty and 58.6% of them was in easy level. The average discrimination index of the paper was 0.604.And 9.8% of the questions was in the level of excellent discrimination,19.5%of them was in the level of good,60.9% of them was in the level of acceptable. The reliability index of the paper included two aspects,Kuder-Richardson reliability index for best choice questions was 0.645,and Cronbach alpha coefficient of the subjective questions was 0.561. The correlation coefficient between the case analysis report ,assignment and score of the students were 0.749 ( <0.001)and 0.776 ( <0.001)respectively. Conclusion The scores of the students distributed normally. The difficulty and discrimination of the paper were appropriate for students examination which was reliable and valid. Both of the difficulty and discrimination of the questions should be considered into examination paper design.
