玉米丝黑穗病菌不同菌系的侵袭力试验

丝黑穗病菌(Sphacelotheca reilia-na [kuhn] Clint)能够侵染高粱、苏丹草和玉米。从高粱分离的丝黑穗病菌除能侵染高粱外,还能侵染玉米的一些栽培品种。但从玉米分离的丝黑穗病菌却只能侵染玉米。这是在寄主属水平上的专化,已为国内外学者所公认。那么,我国不同玉米产区的丝黑穗病菌菌系间是否存在侵袭力差异呢?我们于1977年和1978年就这一问题进行了田间试验,现将结果整理如下。 Sphacelotheca reilia-na [kuhn] Clint is able to infect sorghum, sudangrass, and corn. In addition to being able to infect sorghum, the head smut isolated from sorghum can infect some cultivars of corn. However, the head smut isolated from corn can only infect corn. This is a specialization on the level of host genus, has been recognized by scholars at home and abroad. So, whether there are differences in invasiveness between the lines of the head smut in different maize producing areas in our country? We conducted field trials on this issue in 1977 and 1978, and the results are summarized as follows.
