1 %鹿角菜胶为致炎剂复制小鼠胸膜炎模型 ,以WBC计数表示致炎部位WBC游走情况 ,胸腔洗出液OD值表示毛细血管通透性状况。结果表明本法炎症反应指标清楚、测定客观及试验药物用量小药特点。
