中枢神经系统创伤体外模型因其能够精确控制细胞外环境，观察创伤后某种特定细胞的病理生理变化，实时监测损伤时细胞生物力学参数的改变，在近年来倍受重视。本文就目前体外创伤模型的种类及有关研究进展进行综述。
CNS trauma models in vitro because of its ability to accurately control the extracellular environment, to observe the pathophysiology of a particular cell injury trauma, real-time monitoring of cell injury during biomechanical changes, in recent years, much attention. This article reviews the current types of in vitro trauma models and the progress of their research.
