商业银行由于体制和政策因素,长期处于金融服务机构的核心地位。但随着全球经济一体化和网络时代的到来,我国商业银行在业务创新方面显示出了严重的滞后性和软弱性。去年,支付宝公司与天弘基金公司合作推出余额宝,开始争夺商业银行的理财业务和活期存款业务的利润,这突出了我国商业银行需要通过业务创新和改进服务的方式来谋求更好发展的迫切性。网络银行是银行降低成本,谋求利润最大化的最佳方式,应该以网络银行作为商业银行创新的途径;消费者需求是银行赢得客户青睐的必要条件,应该以分析动态的消费者需求作为切入点;银行服务水平是提高银行业务吸引力的直接标志,应该以提升银行服务水平为最终目标。
