数学作为人类的一种文化,它的内容、思想、方法和语言是一切重大技术发展的基础,是作为一种普遍适用的技术,直接为社会创造价值,所以新《数学课程标准》中要求我们:学生的数学内容应当是现实的、有意义的、富有挑战性的。有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依赖模仿与记忆,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流才是学生学习数学的重要方式。然而当前我们就有一个突出的问题,这就是:老师教得很辛苦,学生学得很痛苦,但学生们却没有得到应有的发展。那我们教师到底应拥有怎样的有效教学理念,掌握哪些有效的教学策略,怎样才能实现有效的课堂呢?笔者通过实践探索,现谈谈得出的几点思考。
As a kind of human culture, its content, thought, method and language are the foundation of all major technological developments. As a universal technique, mathematics directly creates value for the society. Therefore, the new Maths Curriculum Standard requires us : Students’ mathematical content should be realistic, meaningful and challenging. Effective mathematics learning activities can not simply rely on imitation and memory, hands-on practice, independent exploration and cooperation and exchange is an important way for students to learn mathematics. However, at present, we have a prominent problem, that is: the teacher taught very hard, the students learned very painful, but the students did not get the proper development. That our teachers in the end what kind of effective teaching philosophy should have, to grasp what effective teaching strategies, how to achieve effective classroom? The author through practical exploration, now talk about some reflections.
