本文报道了菜青虫颗粒体病毒(PrGV)与农药混用的防虫效果。其中以乙酰甲胺磷与病毒棍用效果较为突出,比这两者中任何一种单用好。如PrGV和乙酰甲胺磷(1:2500)混用的防效达81.25%,而乙酰甲胺磷(1:2500)单用为76.77%。PrGV单用其防效虽达82.06%,但对蔬菜的保护(作用)效果差。展着剂YZ-DBE可增加混剂的药效,发病率、校正虫口减退率较高,叶面受害指数较低。本研究还初步探讨了用乙酰胆碱酯酶和多功能氧化酶活性来解释混用增效的机理。
In this paper, we report the pest control effect of the mixture of Pieris rapae granulosis virus (PrGV) and pesticide. Of which acephate and virus stick with the more prominent effect than either of these alone with good. Such as PrGV and acephate (1: 2500) mixed with 81.25% control effect, and acephate (1: 2500) was 76.77% for single use. PrGV alone with its control effect reached 82.06%, but the protection of vegetables (effect) poor results. Spread YZ-DBE can increase the efficacy of the mixture, the incidence of correction of higher rates of population decline, population damage index lower. This study also tentatively explored the mechanism by which acetylcholinesterase and multifunctional oxidase activity can be used to explain the synergistic effect of mixing.
