我国农村现有水压式沼气池,绝大部分未设置搅拌装置,当以农作物秸秆作沼气发酵原料时,按照一般办法投料,原料不能得到充分的利用,产气率不高。为了解决这一困难,一九八○年全国沼气办公室和四川省沼气办公室下达了“分层满装料沼气发酵工艺”科研课题,由农牧渔业部成都沼气科学研究所主持、四川省绵阳市沼气科研站和四川省渠县沼气科研站协作进行研究。此课题
Most existing hydraulic pressure digesters in rural areas in China do not have a stirring device. When using crop straw as raw material for biogas fermentation, they are fed according to the general method, and the raw materials can not be fully utilized and the gas production rate is not high.
