近20年来,我国工商管理学科在为国家培养了大批管理人才的同时,也出现了一些新的矛盾和问题。其主要表现在:对工商管理学科人才培养目标和规格缺乏明晰的认识;教材内容与市场经济和科技发展的需要不匹配;教材计划、课程结构和课程设置缺乏严密的科学性;教学实践环节流于形式;学生的知识面较窄,理论与实践相距太大等。这种现状显然不能适应市场经济和科技发展的需要,因此必须从工商管理专业人才的培养目标和规格、培养方案与教学计划、课程体系和教学方式方法等多方面入手加以提高和改进。
In the past 20 years, while China’s business management discipline has trained a large number of management talents for the country, there have also been some new conflicts and problems. Its main manifestations are: lack of clear understanding of the objectives and specifications of personnel training in business administration; the content of teaching materials does not match the needs of market economy and the development of science and technology; textbook planning, curriculum structure and curriculum setting lack of strict scientific nature; teaching practice flow In the form of; students’ knowledge is narrow, theory and practice are too much apart. This situation obviously cannot adapt to the needs of the market economy and the development of science and technology. Therefore, it must be improved and improved from many aspects such as the training objectives and specifications of business professionals, training programs, teaching plans, curriculum systems, and teaching methods.
