对8090损伤容限型及中强型合金进行了比较研究。研究发现,8090合金在两种状态下,其组织存在着显著差异:中强型合金的主要强化相为δ′和S′相,而损伤容限型合金则是细小的δ′相。由于其组织不同,因而其性能也明显不同,损伤容限型合金的强度要低,但塑性较高。两种合金的性能对预拉伸的敏感程度也不同,中强型合金对预拉伸敏感,经预拉伸后其强度要高一些。断口SEM分析表明,中强型合金以穿晶—沿晶混合模式断裂,而损伤容限型合金则以穿晶断裂为主。
The 8090 damage tolerance type and medium strength alloys were compared. The results show that there are significant differences in the microstructures of the 8090 alloy between the two states: the major strengthening phases of the medium-strength alloys are δ ’and S’, while the damage tolerance alloys are the fine δ ’phases. Due to its different organization, so its performance is also significantly different, the damage tolerance alloy strength is lower, but higher plasticity. The sensitivity of the two alloys to pre-stretch is also different. The mid-strength alloy is sensitive to pre-tensioning and has higher strength after pre-stretching. SEM analysis of the fracture shows that the medium-strength alloy breaks through the transgranular-intergranular mixed mode, whereas the damage tolerant alloy mainly transgranular fracture.
