1 前言高速船玻璃钢夹层结构件的原材料分为五个部分:聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PU),聚氯乙烯泡沫塑料(PVC),多层胶合板、松木和玻璃钢单板。前面四种是芯材,起夹层结构件的支持作用,主要是保持面板间距,传递剪切力。PU、PVC 是无效芯材,他们对夹层结构件的拉压刚度及弯曲刚度的作用是可以忽略不计的。多层胶合板、松木是有效芯材,夹层结构件的拉压刚度及弯曲刚度应计及芯材本身的刚度。不论是有效芯材,还是无
1 Preface The material of high speed ship FRP sandwich structure is divided into five parts: polyurethane foam (PU), polyvinyl chloride foam (PVC), plywood, pine and fiberglass veneer. The first four are core materials, which play the supporting role of the sandwich structure, mainly to keep the panel spacing and transmit the shear force. PU, PVC is invalid core material, they sandwich structure of tension and compression stiffness and bending stiffness of the role is negligible.
