世界上许多国家先后建立起海上石油工业。但许多有待解决的问题,与新材料的研究及开发有关。英国石油公司利用玻璃钢材料独特的性能,解决了许多工业过程的关键问题,尤其在耐腐蚀和降低设备维修费用等方面。一、水面用途采油平台上的配电房是用钢制骨架和玻璃钢板组装而成。板的结构是硬质聚氨酯泡沫外加玻璃钢浆皮。板材质轻、强度高、刚度好,包装运输方便,能合理利用平台空间并减轻载荷。夹心结构的玻璃钢板具有很好的热绝缘和电绝缘性,表面光滑易洗。阿拉伯湾和北海油田都使用这种玻璃钢平台工作间。
Many countries in the world have successively established offshore oil industries. However, many problems to be solved are related to the research and development of new materials. BP used the unique properties of fiberglass materials to solve key problems in many industrial processes, especially in terms of corrosion resistance and reduced equipment maintenance costs. First, the use of water surface power distribution platform on the power distribution room is made of steel skeleton and glass steel plate assembly. The structure of the board is a rigid polyurethane foam plus fiberglass pulp. The board is light in weight, high in strength, good in rigidity, convenient in packaging and transportation, and can reasonably utilize the platform space and reduce the load. The sandwich structure of the glass plate has good thermal insulation and electrical insulation, and the surface is smooth and easy to wash. Both the Arabian Gulf and North Sea oil fields use this fiberglass platform workshop.
