本文目的在于分析暗电流对EBS摄象管弱信号性能的影响。为此,对16mm硅二极管列阵靶的峰—峰信号电流,在线性假定之下,进行了一些理论计算。同时,讨论了暗电流对系统噪声的贡献。最后,根据显示信噪比,估计了对暗电流合理的数值要求。因为必须考虑由于摄象机或者目标运动所引起的鉴别力损失,文中还引进了一个专门定义的质量因数,作为完整评价摄象管静态和动态性能的判别标准。指出暗电流存在着可使该质量因数获得极大的最佳值范围。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of dark current on the weak signal performance of the EBS tube. For this reason, some theoretical calculations have been made on the assumption of the peak-to-peak signal current of a 16mm silicon diode array target. At the same time, the contribution of dark current to system noise is discussed. Finally, based on the displayed signal-to-noise ratio, a reasonable numerical requirement for dark current is estimated. Because of the loss of discrimination due to camera or target motion, a specifically defined quality factor has also been introduced as a criterion for the complete evaluation of the static and dynamic performance of the camera tube. It is pointed out that dark current has the best range of values that can make the quality factor very large.
