根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》和国家有关法律、行政法规的规定,山东省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第八次会议,决定对《山东省实施<中华人民共和国标准化法>办法》等五件地方性法规作如下修改:一、山东省实施《中华人民共和国标准化法》办法1.第十一条第一款修改为:“产品没有国家标准、行业标准或者地方标准的,其生产企业应当制定本企业的产品标准,作为组织生产和经销活动的依据,企业的产品标准应当报技术监督部门和有关行政主管部门备案。技术监督部门收到备案材料后应当严格审查,并于10日内决定是否予以备案。企业产品标准违反法律、法规和强制性标准,或者质量指标、检验方法不合理的,应当责令企业停止实施,并限期改正后再予以备案。”2.删去第十四条。3.删去第三十二条。
