血管的形态与功能的病理性改变是多种疾病的诱因,同时在特定的病理状态下,血管也会发生特定的改变。由于血管与疾病的密切联系,通过对血管的定量分析可以对某些疾病进行早期预测和临床诊断。二维血管定量分析常常会受到结构重叠的影响,因此三维血管定量分析结果更加准确。近年来,随着三维成像技术的不断发展,三维血管定量分析的研究具有重要应用价值。为此,系统总结了血管图像获取到三维血管结构生成相关技术,并按照三维血管节段、血管分支与血管网络三个层次整理相关定量表征指标,为影像组学中血管结构的特征提取提供基础。
Vascular morphology and function of pathological changes are a variety of diseases, incentives, at the same time in a particular pathological state, the blood vessels will also be a specific change. Due to the close relationship between blood vessels and diseases, some diseases can be predicted and diagnosed by quantitative analysis of blood vessels. Two-dimensional quantitative analysis of blood vessels is often affected by structural overlap, so the three-dimensional quantitative analysis of blood vessels more accurate results. In recent years, with the continuous development of three-dimensional imaging technology, three-dimensional vascular quantitative analysis of the study has important application value. To this end, we systematically summarize the related techniques of obtaining the three-dimensional vascular structures from vascular images, and arrange the quantitative indicators according to the three-dimensional vascular segments, vascular branches and vascular networks, and provide the basis for the feature extraction of the vascular structures in the imaging study .
