I. Random Degradation Analysis Random reduction techniques were first proposed by Mr. Cole H. A. for the purpose of measuring and detecting dampening and structural damage when wings are excited by disturbances of the air flow (1,2). Random reduction technology is a fast method of gathering meaningful information from random data.
