近年来,随着《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的贯彻实施,越来越多的劳动者自我保护意识不断提高,主动申请职业病诊断的人数呈逐年上升趋势,其中罹患白血病者约占1/3。我们发现在诊断过程中确定职业性苯接触以及接触剂量是诊断难点,现结合具体案例加以分析讨论,期望对今后的诊断有所帮助。1典型案例【案例1】某货运代理公司驾驶员,工龄2年8个月,无明显诱因下出现头昏乏力、面色苍白、牙龈出血,临床诊断
In recent years, with the implementation of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases, more and more workers are constantly raising their awareness of self-protection. The number of patients who voluntarily apply for occupational disease diagnosis has been increasing year by year. About one-third of them have leukemia .
