目的探讨尽早鼻饲饮食对脑卒中患者营养状况、感染性并发症及近期神经功能的影响。方法将80例脑卒中伴吞咽困难的患者随机分为研究组40例和对照组40例。研究组患者于发病后48 h内给予鼻饲肠内营养,对照组患者于发病10 d后给予鼻饲肠内营养。观察两组患者入院21 d后的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平、感染率及神经缺损程度。结果血清蛋白及血红蛋白水平研究组明显高于对照组,感染率低于对照组,神经功能缺损程度优于对照组。结论卒中后吞咽困难早期鼻饲肠内营养支持可改善机体的营养状况,减少感染,提高近期神经功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal feeding on nutritional status, infectious complications and neurological function in stroke patients. Methods Eighty patients with stroke and dysphagia were randomly divided into study group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Patients in the study group were given intranasal enteral nutrition within 48 hours after onset, while patients in the control group were given enteral nutrition after 10 days. Serum albumin and hemoglobin levels, infection rates and the degree of neurological deficits were observed 21 days after admission in both groups. Results Serum protein and hemoglobin levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the infection rate was lower than that in the control group, and the degree of neurological deficit was better than that in the control group. Conclusions Early postnasal dysphagia with nasal feeding enteral nutrition support can improve the nutritional status of the body, reduce the infection and improve the recent neurological function.
