分析了现行水轮机微机调速器中沿用模拟式电液转换器存在的问题问题,给出了作者为了克服模拟式电液转换器的缺点,基于单片微机控制步进电动机而研制的数字一位移转换装置的基本构成和工作特性,以及基于数字一位移转换装置研制的步进电机式全数字水轮机微机调速器的基本结构、数字模型和动模实验结果。步进电机式全数字水轮机微机调速器不仅可以克服模拟电液转换器带给水轮机微机调速器的缺点,而且结构简单,造价低和具有良好的调节品质。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of the analog electro-hydraulic converters used in the turbine governor of the current turbine, and presents a digital one-shift developed on the basis of a single-chip micro-computer controlled stepper motor to overcome the shortcomings of the analog electro-hydraulic converter The basic structure and operating characteristics of the converter, and the basic structure, digital model and dynamic mode experiment results of the stepper motor-based all-digital turbine governor based on the digital-to-displacement converter. The stepper motor type digital turbine turbine governor can not only overcome the shortcomings of the analogue electro-hydraulic converter turbine governor, but also has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and good regulation quality.
