目前国家标准对桥梁隔震橡胶支座相关性等型式检验(简称型检)项目未给出定量判据,从而引起型检结果无法综合评判的问题。选用比较成熟的层次分析法来进行桥梁隔震橡胶支座的型检评价。构建了由目标层、准则层及底层指标构成的型检评价层次图;归纳整理了底层指标的评价标准;提出了底层指标层的评分原则、分级评分办法;确定了底层指标和准则层指标判断矩阵及权重,进而建立了完整的型检评价体系。以5家生产厂生产的相同型号的桥梁铅芯隔震橡胶支座型检结果为算例进行了综合评价对比。结果表明:型检结论与实际工程评价结果相吻合,验证了所建立评价体系的正确性和合理性。
At present, national standards do not provide quantitative criteria for the type test (for example, type inspection) of the bridge bearing rubber bearings, which causes the problem that the result of the type inspection can not be comprehensively evaluated. Select the more sophisticated analytic hierarchy process to bridge type rubber bearing type inspection evaluation. The paper builds the level chart of the type inspection and evaluation which consists of the target level, the standard level and the bottom level index; summarizes the evaluation standard of the bottom level index; puts forward the scoring principle and grading method of the bottom level level; Matrix and weight, and then establish a complete model evaluation system. The results of the comprehensive evaluation were compared with the results of the type tests of the same type of bridge lead rubber bearings used in five production plants. The results show that the conclusion of the type inspection is consistent with the actual project evaluation result, which verifies the correctness and rationality of the evaluation system.
