[创新]已成为全球企业当前最重要的经营课题。在市场竞争激烈、产品生命周期短、技术突飞猛进的科 技产业,更有许多[不创新,就灭亡]的案例,例如KODAK面对数字相机的崛起而陷入经营困局、Palm面对 PocketPC挑战而一蹶不振、任天堂因Sony PS2被迫拱手让出游戏机霸主的地位……等等,可说是不胜枚举。 其实,[创新]本身不是件新玩意儿,许多专家学者已经谈过创新管理、创新组织、创新模式……等议题, 但许多人都忽略了[学习]的重要性。
[Innovation] has become the most important business topic for global companies. In the fierce market competition, short product life cycle, and rapid technological advances in the technology industry, there are many cases of [non-innovation, perish]. For example, KODAK is in an operating dilemma in the face of the rise of digital cameras, and Palm fails to face the challenge of Pocket PC. Nintendo has been forced to give up the position of the console as a result of Sony PS2’s dominance. Actually, [innovation] is not a new thing in itself. Many experts and scholars have talked about topics such as innovation management, innovation organization, and innovation model... but many people ignore the importance of [learning].
