目的:评价纳米氧化锌软膏在紫外线辐射(ultraviolet radiation ,UVR)所致皮肤损伤中的效果。方法:正常皮肤在纳米氧化锌软膏和另一种市售防晒软膏干预下经过量紫外线辐射后,将各组样本按序贯检验法配对并比较。结果:纳米氧化锌软膏干预组(纳米氧化锌干预组)与自身对照组比较,序贯实验法检验表明,经过大剂量紫外线照射,豚鼠皮肤外观和各层组织未见明显差异;经过同样剂量照射,软膏对照组(涂另一市售防晒软膏组)皮肤外观及各层皮组织结构均可见改变,与纳米氧化锌干预组比较统计学差异显著。结论:研究表明纳米氧化锌软膏具有良好的抗紫外线所致皮肤损伤特性。“,” Objective :To Estimate on the protection effect of nano zine oxide ointment on skin damage induced by ultraviolet radiation . Methods :After the normal skin in guinea pig under the intervene of nano -ZnO ointment was irradiated with over -dose of ultraviolet rays (UVB and UVA) ,the samples in every group were matched and compared with sequential test .Results :The skin tissue in the nano -ZnO intervene group irradiated by ultraviolet rays didn’t change obviously as compared with that in the self -control group .But ,the damage skin tissue in the ointment control group irradiated by ultraviolet did change significantly as compared with that in the nano - ZnO intervene group .Conclusion :nano - ZnO is a good material to protect the skin from damage effect by ultraviolet radiation .
