2010年上海世博会的召开,为构建和完善上海志愿服务体系提供了千载难逢的历史机遇。但要理解现行志愿服务体系的具体安排和背后逻辑,必须首先追溯这一制度的传统及连续性。因为只有当我们能够回答“过去何以能走到现在”这样一个基本问题的时候,才能对现实进行更深刻的透视和反思。因此,我们希望通过梳理和解析城市志愿服务体系的建构过程,获得关于“如何完善上海志愿服务体系”的启示。
The 2010 Shanghai World Expo was held to provide a historic opportunity to build and improve Shanghai’s voluntary service system. However, to understand the specific arrangements and logic behind the current voluntary service system, we must first trace the tradition and continuity of this system. Because only when we can answer the basic question of why the past was able to come to the present can we conduct a deeper perspective and reflection on the reality. Therefore, we hope that by enlightening and analyzing the process of constructing the urban volunteer service system, we can get enlightenment on how to improve Shanghai’s voluntary service system.
