为适应按应变增量理论深入分析宽板塑性弯曲变形、研究板材弯曲变薄规律的需要,提出了应变增量中性层的概念,论述了确定应变增量中性层位置的方法,建立了计算应变增量中性层半径dρ的公式,并将应变增量中性层与应力中性层进行了比较。结果表明,应变增量中性层与应力中性层是两个根本不同的概念,必须严格区分,二者不可混淆,否则会得出“宽板塑性弯曲时板厚不变”的错误结论。
In order to adapt the theory of strain increment to deeply analyze the plastic bending deformation of wide plates and to study the need of bending and thinning of sheet metal, the concept of strain increment neutral layer is put forward. The method of determining the position of neutral layer in strain increment is discussed. Calculate the strain increment of the neutral layer radius dρ formula, and the strain increment neutral layer and stress neutral layer were compared. The results show that the strain increment neutral layer and the stress neutral layer are two fundamentally different concepts and must be strictly distinguished from each other, and the two should not be confused, otherwise, errors such as “plate thickness under plastic bending of wide plate” will be obtained in conclusion.
