网络婚姻有悖于传统伦理道德和社会公序良俗原则,使家庭观念产生变异,破坏现实夫妻感情,影响家庭稳定。网络婚姻并非法律意义上的现实婚姻,有配偶者网婚并不构成重婚,在广义上有配偶者网婚违反夫妻忠实义务,网婚是准予离婚的法定事由,受害方不能提起离婚损害赔偿。应培养公民的家庭伦理道德观和法治理念;夫妻间要增强婚姻责任意识;加强人格自律;因其他原因导致离婚的,无过错方有权请求损害赔偿;把“冷暴力”作为家庭暴力的一种形式;规范网站的经营和管理。
