中共中央国务院颁布的《关于深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的决定》明确指出:实施素质教育,要以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,以培养学生的创新思维、创新能力为目标。因此,大力实施和推进创新教育,培养学生的创新能力是时代赋予我们的庄严使命,也是每位教师无法回避的严峻课题。 The Decision on Deepening Educational Reform and Promoting Quality-oriented Education promulgated by the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly pointed out that implementing quality-oriented education focuses on cultivating students ’innovative spirit and practical ability and aims at cultivating students’ innovative thinking and innovative ability.
