本文介绍从升高白细胞保护造血组织来寻找电离辐射的防护药物。化学合成的若干双烯化合物及其酯类,对~(80)Coγ射线照射750拉德的小白鼠进行急性辐射损伤的防护试验,证明有一定的防护效果。其中异蚕蛾醇庚酸酯(Ⅹ),对正常狗有升高白细胞作用,对受~(50)Coγ射线120拉德小剂量照射的狗白细胞总数有一定的防护效果。初步进行了(Ⅹ)的临床试用,观察升高白细胞的效果。异蚕蛾醇(Ⅱ)对受照射小白鼠骨髓脱氧核糖核酸有显著保护作用。
This article describes protective drugs that look for ionizing radiation from elevated white blood cells that protect hematopoietic tissue.
