深圳龙华茜坑水厂扩建工程——大型反应沉淀池在满荷载运行约1年后,由于池壁出现明显沉降不均、扭转,局部伸缩缝胶带拉裂、池底渗漏等现象,导致池顶刮泥机轨道变形,使得刮泥机不能正常运行。因此,必须对此进行二次加固处理。在对加固工程长达4年的连续跟踪监测过程中,详细记录了大型反应沉淀池变形的全部数据,据此分析、研究加固处理后的变形规律,并验证池体基础施工设计、结构设计的合理性,为今后类似工程设计、施工提供参考,还可为茜坑水厂反应沉淀池安全、高效地运行提供技术支持。
