In May 1984, Suzhou Institute of Concrete Cement Products and three factories in Jingjiang County of Jiangsu Province formed a scientific research and production consortium. Now it is the joint development company of Jingjiang Concrete Vacuum Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. of Suzhou Concrete Cement Products Research Institute. The consortium is an economic entity company that defines the content and rights of the alliance in the form of an agreement. Suzhou Institute of Technology mainly focuses on technology transfer, intellectual investment, and division of labor to undertake technical updates and development, commissioned research experiments, technical consulting and personnel training. Jingjiang County is responsible for organizing production, distribution, funding, and on-site technical services. For more than two years since its founding, the Consortium has achieved comparative advantages in terms of production and operation, technology development, talent training and technical services.
