The main purpose of this work is to experimentally study the process conditions for the separation of uranium and plutonium using a novel reducing agent, dimethylhydroxylamine and methylhydrazine, in a 1B tank. The separation of uranium and plutonium was mainly investigated from three aspects: 1) the new preparation of 1BF, the separation of uranium and plutonium when dimethylhydroxylamine was not oxidized; and 2) the influence of 1BF aging time (more than two months) on the separation of uranium and plutonium ; 3) dimethyl hydroxylamine partial oxidation of uranium-plutonium separation. uranium?
