对于建筑工程而言,造价管理是十分重要的一项工作内容,其不仅可以降低工程建设成本,避免资源浪费,同时还可以显著地提高工程的经济收益。而工程造价的影响因素有很多,为了全面提高工程造价的管理控制水平,必须对其进行动态管控。本文主要介绍了建筑工程造价动态管理的概念及意义,同时分别从工程的决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段以及材料价格的差额处理方面,对建筑工程造价的动态管理方式进行了重点分析。
For construction projects, cost management is a very important part of the work, which not only can reduce the cost of construction, to avoid waste of resources, but also can significantly improve the economic benefits of the project. The project cost factors are many, in order to fully improve the project management and control of the level of cost, it must be dynamic control. This article mainly introduces the concept and significance of dynamic management of construction cost.
