企业文化是企业非物质要素组成的理念性形象工程,由架构和要素两部分内容构成。虽然两者内涵不同,但是关系密切,架构服从于要素的要求,要素依赖于架构而存在;两者有机融合是企业文化建设的最佳状态。企业文化体系构架具有直观层面、制度层面、精神层面三个不同层面,其中精神层面是企业文化的核心层。企业文化实践要善于科学布局,勤于实践落实,精于调整完善。
Corporate culture is the conceptual image project composed of non-material elements of an enterprise, which is composed of two parts of structure and elements. Although the connotation of the two are different, they are closely related. The structure obeys the requirements of the elements and the elements depend on the structure. The organic fusion of the two is the best condition for the construction of the enterprise culture. The structure of corporate culture system has three levels: intuitive level, institutional level and spiritual level. The spiritual level is the core of corporate culture. Corporate culture practice should be good at scientific layout, diligent in the implementation of practice, good at adjusting and improving.
