采用分层随机抽样的方法,调查了2010年南海北部各海域灯光围网渔获物组成,研究了空间格局变化。利用相对重要性指数(IRI)计算了渔获重要种类优势度,利用种类丰富度指数(R)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(J′)来分析渔获物的群落生物多样性。IRI结果显示,灯光围网渔获组成各海域渔获优势种明显不同;多样性分析显示,三亚多样性指数和丰富度指数最高,均匀度指数以闸坡最高,呈现随着经度从西向东和纬度由南向北逐渐递减的趋势。
The stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the composition of light purse seine catches in various sea areas in the northern South China Sea in 2010 and to study the spatial pattern changes. The relative importance index (IRI) was used to calculate the dominant species of catches. The species richness index (R), Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H ’) and Pielou evenness index (J’ Community Biodiversity. The results of IRI showed that the dominant species of catches by light seining were significantly different from each other. The diversity analysis showed that the diversity index and richness index of Sanya were the highest, and the evenness index was the highest in Zhapo, showing the longitude from west to east and The latitude decreases gradually from south to north.
