我县计量器具生产企业发展大致经历了三个阶段:1950年～1978年共有企业6家,其中市属企业3家,县属集体企业2家和村办企业1家。此阶段,企业处于封闭状态;1978～1992年,党的十一届三中全会以后,全党把工作重点转移到社会主义现代化建设上来,国有企业和乡、村联营办厂蓬勃兴起,是我县计量器具生产企业发展启动阶段,新增企业9家;1992年邓小平南巡谈话发表后,非公有制企业迅猛发展,计量器具生产企业猛增,如今已有取证企业43家。由此可见,高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,建设有中国特色的社会主义,是我县计量器具生产企业持续快速健康发展的原动力。
The development of metrological apparatus manufacturing enterprises in our county has gone through three stages: from 1950 to 1978, there were 6 enterprises in total, including 3 municipal companies, 2 county-owned collective enterprises, and 1 village-run enterprise. At this stage, the enterprises are in a closed state; from 1978 to 1992, after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party Congress, the whole party shifted its focus to the socialist modernization drive. The state-owned enterprises and townships and villages jointly established factories to flourish. At the start-up phase of the county’s measurement instrument manufacturing enterprises, nine new companies were added. After the 1992 Southern Deng Xiaoping’s speech was published, non-public-owned enterprises rapidly developed and the number of measuring instrument manufacturers soared. There are now 43 forensic companies. It can thus be seen that holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the driving force behind the sustained, rapid and sound development of the measuring instrument manufacturers in our county.
