随着无线接入技术的快速发展,要求无线局域网具备差分服务的支持能力.然而目前的无线局域网标准,如IEEE 802.11分布式协调功能(DCF),缺乏对多业务的支持能力.人们正在制定出具有差分服务支持能力的增强型多址接入协议.文中集中研究了3种具有差分服务支持能力的多址接入机制,即为不同业务类型分配不同的“最小竞争窗尺寸”、不同的帧间间隔(IFS)以及不同的分组有效负荷.提出了可以计算出系统通过率以及分组延迟的分析模型,给出了近似分析结果.通过与离散事件仿真进行对比表明,使用所提出的分析模型可以得到较好的性能估计.
With the rapid development of wireless access technology, wireless LANs are required to have the capability of supporting differential services.However, current wireless LAN standards, such as IEEE 802.11 Distributed Coordination Function (DCF), lack the ability to support multiple services. Which has different service support capabilities.This paper focuses on three kinds of multiple access mechanisms with differentiated service support capabilities, namely, assigning different “minimum contention window sizes” for different service types, different (IFS) and different packet payloads.Analytical model which can calculate the system throughput and packet delay is presented, and the approximate analysis results are given.The comparison with discrete event simulation shows that using the proposed analysis The model can get a better performance estimate.
