中国钢铁工业协会二届五次常务理事(扩大)会议,于7月28-29日在北京召开。中国钢铁工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长罗冰生同志在会上做了上半年工作报告,总结了上半年钢铁行业运行情况,分析了运行特点,并对钢协机关下半年重点工作做了安排;钢铁工业协会会长谢企华同志、顾问吴溪淳同志在大会做了重要讲话,钢铁工业协会党委书记刘振江同志宣布了中国钢铁工业协会常务理事扩大会关于增补副会长的议案和更换部分常务理事、理事、吸收新会员单位的决定。副秘书长李世俊和市场部部长董志洪分别做了《中国钢铁工业产能增长情况及发展形势》与《中国钢铁工业运行情况及下半年市场形势》的报告。
