水泥乳化沥青砂浆垫层作为轨道板和底座板之间的调整层,主要起到填充、支撑、承力和传力的作用,并可为轨道提供适当的刚度和弹韧性。水泥乳化沥青砂浆质量直接影响到轨道结构的平顺性、列车运行的舒适性与安全性、轨道结构耐久性和运营维护成本,是CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的关键工程材料之一。从沪杭高速铁路水泥乳化沥青砂浆的施工实践出发,从水泥乳化沥青的性能要求、原材料控制到施工过程进行了较为详细的介绍。
As the adjustment layer between the track plate and the base plate, the cement emulsified asphalt mortar cushion mainly plays the role of filling, supporting, bearing and force transmission, and can provide appropriate rigidity and elasticity of the track. The quality of cement emulsified asphalt mortar directly affects the smoothness of track structure, the comfort and safety of train operation, the durability of track structure and the cost of operation and maintenance. It is one of the key engineering materials of CRTS II slab track. From the construction practice of cement emulsified asphalt mortar of Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway, this paper introduces the performance requirements of cement emulsified asphalt, raw material control and construction process in detail.
