通过气体力学理论的研究与分析,设计了一种新型的高炉风口;实验结果表明,该风口能利用激波自动调节并抵制炉内压力的波动,实现稳定供风,稳定高炉的操作。该种高炉风口将成为炼铁行业高炉风口更新换代的新设备。
Through the research and analysis of gas mechanics theory, a new type of blast furnace tuyere was designed. The experimental results show that the tuyere can use shock wave to automatically adjust and resist the fluctuation of pressure in the furnace, so as to stabilize the wind supply and stabilize the blast furnace operation. This kind of blast furnace tuyere will become the new equipment for blast furnace tuyere upgrading in iron making industry.
