本文介绍了一种跨音涡轮叶片造型、气动设计的计算机辅助设计方法,它是“涡轮叶片一体化CAD系统”的核心环节之一。对应用该方法设计的大负荷斜切口叶背反凹叶型作了叶栅吹风试验,获得了很好的超音叶栅性能,但亚音工况叶栅性能略受影响。
This paper introduces a computer-aided design method of transonic turbine blade modeling and aerodynamic design. It is one of the core links of “Turbine Blade Integrated CAD System”. In this paper, a large-load miter cutback anti-concave blade with a large load was designed to conduct a cascade air blowing test, and a good supersonic cascade performance was obtained, but the cascade performance at the subsonic condition was slightly affected.
