高强度、单调重复的田径训练极易造成运动性心理疲劳,本研究针对学生在田径训练课上表现出训练欲望低、训练动机弱、易疲劳等主观感受,阐述心理疲劳的成因及恢复措施。以期对田径训练提供参考,帮助学生调节心理、增强意志,减少心理疲劳。
High-intensity and monotonous repetitive track and field training can easily lead to exercise-induced mental fatigue. This study aims at students’ subjective feelings of low training desire, weak training motivation and easy fatigue in track and field training sessions, and elaborates the causes of psychological fatigue and measures for recovery. In order to provide reference for track and field training, to help students adjust their psychology, enhance their will and reduce mental fatigue.
