目的了解漳州市三星级以上宾馆集中空调通风系统卫生状况及污染情况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》,对集中空调风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数,冷却塔冷却水和冷凝水中的嗜肺军团菌进行检测。结果风管内表面积尘量0.11~90.51g/m2,合格率84.0%;细菌总数<1~2.4×103CFU/cm2,合格率80.0%;真菌总数<1~1.3×104 CFU/cm2,合格率62.0%;空调系统冷却水、冷凝水均未检出嗜肺军团菌。结论漳州市星级宾馆集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的微生物污染,应定期清洗消毒,加强卫生管理。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions and pollution of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in hotels above three-star in Zhangzhou City, and provide the basis for health management. Methods According to “Hygienic regulation of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places”, the detection of pneumophila pneumophila in the inner surface of central air-conditioning ducts, the total amount of bacteria, the total number of fungi, cooling water in cooling tower and condensate water were detected. Results The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct was 0.11-90.51g / m2 with a pass rate of 84.0%. The total number of bacteria was less than 1 ~ 2.4x103CFU / cm2 with the pass rate of 80.0%. The total number of fungi was less than 1 ~ 1.3x104 CFU / cm2 with the pass rate of 62.0% ; Air-conditioning system cooling water, condensate are not detected Legionella pneumophila. Conclusion There is a certain degree of microbial contamination in the central air conditioning and ventilation system of Zhangzhou star-rated hotels. Regular cleaning and disinfection should be carried out to strengthen hygiene management.
