采用电位滴定法测定市洛芬精氨酸盐的含量。在非水溶液中用高氯酸标准溶液滴定,通过滴定过程中指示电极电位突跃,用二级微商内差法计算,确定终点,并根据有关公式计算其含量。平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.25%,n=6)。测得3批样品的含量分别为99.61%、98.39%和98.98%。
Potentiometric titration method was used to determine the content of meloxicam arginine salt. Titration with non-aqueous solution of perchloric acid standard solution, through the titration process indicates that the electrode potential jumps, with the second-order derivative difference method to determine the endpoint, and according to the formula to calculate its content. The average recovery was 99.5% (RSD = 0.25%, n = 6). The contents of three batches of samples were 99.61%, 98.39% and 98.98% respectively.
