近年来,随着临床诊断技术的提高,多囊肾患者的检出率也随之增高。现将我院收治的35例分析报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料男24例,女11例,年龄8～80岁,平均54岁,其中<20岁2例,20～59岁20例,60岁以上13例。11例系B超检查证实无临床症状。对有临床症状24例分析,17～75岁出现临床症状,平均43岁。嗣后平均4.4年方被确诊。在这期间被误诊为肾孟肾炎7例、肾炎5例、肾结石3例、腹内肿块2例、卵
