目的以1998-2012年Pub Med的期刊文献为数据源,全面分析睡眠剥夺领域的研究方向、研究基础、主要机构合作网络和主要作者合作网络。为睡眠剥夺领域的专家或科研管理者提供领域发展的参考。方法利用BICOMB的主题词共现,TDA软件的共被引共现、机构和作者共现,Cite Space II软件的关键词突现,采用主题词共现聚类、关键词突现分析、机构合作网络、作者合作网络和文献共被引分析方法。结果睡眠剥夺领域文献从1998年开始至今增长较快,领域主要研究方向可划分为5个子领域;主要研究基础可分为4个部分;近15年来领域的研究方向随时间变化,在精神运动性行为、注意力和反应时间的研究不断深入,逐步深入在睡眠剥夺的心理学、生理学、遗传学和脑神经的研究,增加在测量方法和动物波形病理学上的研究;领域的重要机构主要集中在美国,形成3个合作圈;领域的重要科学家的合作网络为10个网络,重要科学家间跨机构或国家的合作较多。结论睡眠剥夺领域的可视化分析能够总体梳理领域的主要研究方向、研究基础以及重点机构和科学家。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the research direction, research foundation, cooperation network of major institutions and cooperation network of leading authors in the field of sleep deprivation based on Pub Med’s periodical literature from 1998 to 2012. For the field of sleep deprivation experts or research managers provide a reference for the development of the field. Methods By using BICOMB keyword co-occurrence, the TDA software was co-introduced and co-existed with the authors. The key words of Cite Space II software were highlighted. By using keyword co-occurrence clustering, keyword contingency analysis, institutional cooperation network, Co-author network and literature were cited analysis methods. Results The literature of sleep deprivation has been growing rapidly since 1998. The main research directions in this area can be divided into five sub-areas. The main research foundation can be divided into four parts. The research directions in the field over the past 15 years vary with time. Behavioral, attentive, and response time studies continue to deepen, gradually deepening research on psychology, physiology, genetics and cranial nerves in sleep deprivation, increasing research on methods of measurement and animal pathology; key areas of focus are concentrated In the United States, three cooperation circles have formed; the cooperation network of important scientists in the field is 10 networks, and there are more cooperation among important scientists across institutions or countries. Conclusion The visual analysis in the field of sleep deprivation can sort out the main research directions, research foundation and key institutions and scientists in the field.
