微透析法与各种分析手段联用,可监测在体动物不同脑区内多种神经递质及其代谢产物的动态变化。微透析管优于推挽式套管之处在于灌流液在半透膜内,不直接与脑组织接触,不会造成脑水肿;且管体细小,对脑组织损伤较小。本实验用微透析管结合高效液相—电化学检测器,监测大鼠脑缺血10min及再灌注过程纹状体细胞外液中单胺类及其代谢产物的动态变化。
Microdialysis, in combination with various analytical tools, can monitor the dynamic changes of various neurotransmitters and their metabolites in different brain regions of animals. Microdialysis tube is better than the push-pull tube in the perfusion fluid in the semi-permeable membrane, not directly with the brain tissue contact, will not cause cerebral edema; and tube small, smaller brain damage. In this experiment, microdialysis tubes combined with high performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detector to monitor the dynamic changes of monoamine and its metabolites in striatum extracellular fluid after cerebral ischemia 10min and reperfusion.
